Objectives:

To facilitate disability and inclusiveness training that is aligned with the National Disability Rights Policy (NDRP) and the National Development Plan (NDP). The overarching aim is to promote the uptake and equal access of persons with disability in the market place.
Successful inclusion of persons with disability is dependent on top management buy-in. To facilitate buy-in the subjective fears and unconscious discrimination of the leaders in organisations are addressed first. Thereafter the focus is on building capacity that will equip leaders to not only employ but also advocate for the successful and sustainable employment of persons with disabilities. The training is based on the premise that employing persons with disabilities makes good business sense and is not simply about "doing good".
