3. Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory diagnostics by understanding, selecting and interpreting appropriate tests for various haematological conditions.
4. Evaluate and integrate evidence-based therapeutic strategies for haematological diseases, taking into account pathophysiology, patient context and emerging innovations in treatment.
5. Synthesize knowledge across sub-disciplines to inform clinical decision-making, diagnostic reasoning and patient management in haematopathology.
