The objective of this executive short course is to enable public sector professionals and development practitioners to critically engage with informality as a central feature of governance, citizenship, and development in the Global South, and to apply relevant analytical frameworks and practical strategies in their professional practice. The course is designed to support advanced professional learning and may contribute to RPL. Participants may apply for RPL in accordance with the formal requirements of Stellenbosch University.
