Practitioner Insights Into High Performance Training

Objectives:

1. To introduce course participants to some of the practical challenges faced by early-career trainers in high performance settings. 2. To explore a range of topics including the importance of the head coach-trainer working relationship, the nature of coaching within diverse environments, training around injury as well as the dynamics of working with student athletes. 3. To create an environment where course participants can draw on the experience and expertise of a range of high performance practitioners across multiple sport codes.
