Objectives:

Pest and disease management - to explain and demonstrate:
¿ Damage and symptoms of the most important pests and diseases affecting table and/or raisin grape production and quality.
¿ Principles and techniques for identification, monitoring and management of the pests and diseases of table and/or raisin grapes. Pest and disease management - to describe and explain:
¿ Management practices for phytosanitary pests of table and/or raisin grapes.
¿ Principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in table and/or raisin grape production are explained. Physiological disorders - to explain:
¿ Typical symptoms of physiological and other disorders that impair production and quality of table and raisin grapes (including berry cracking, browning, insufficient colour development, and heat damage).
¿ Factors causing specific physiological disorders.
¿ Practices that can be applied to prevent/limit physiological disorders.
