Clinical Governance in District Hospitals

Objectives:

This short course, Clinical Governance in District Health Services, will assist students in understanding the components of the district health system and how to identify a healthcare issue within the system, that can be addressed by quality improvement interventions. During this short course, learners will also be facilitated to develop their leadership skills and strategies to sustain positive changes to the healthcare system. We will thus explore their role within the healthcare system and the ways they can contribute to change and improved service delivery.
