For participants to be experience the depth of mindfulness practice and the ethos from which it arose.

For participants to encounter the framework for exploring suffering and its transformation.

For participants to intensively cultivate, examine and apply the attitudes and qualities that infuse the practice of mindfulness.

For participants to consider the connections between the source of these teachings and their contemporary expression.
