The overall aim of the Young Minds Programme is to teach, guide and support young adults to find direction and to prepare themselves for the world of study, work and life skills. To achieve this objective, the programme focuses on the three pillars Personal Mastery, Business Management and Entrepreneurial Thinking. The programme aims to enable participants to make an appropriate decision regarding their future and develop a contextual awareness of shifts in the world of work.
The programme is further underpinned by life coaching and a psychometric assessment, which forms the basis of the coaching process.
