Personal Mastery in Leadership

To develop participants’ Personal Mastery in Leadership by developing:
Self-awareness of their current leadership approach and level of competence.
Provide insight into their future leadership style.
An understanding of the building blocks required to achieve their leadership vision.
Actions to achieve short-, medium- and long-term goals to address the leadership development areas required to achieve their leadership vision.
This course is designed to guide participants through a process of self-reflection, helping them to demonstrate self-awareness, completeness, coherence of learning objectives and action plans. As a key part of this journey, participants will present their reflections and learnings to facilitators (steering committee), who will provide constructive feedback. This process allows individuals to demonstrate their growth and application of newly developed insights, ensuring meaningful engagement with the course material without the pressure of being formally assessed.
