In this course, participants will:
¿ Explore the foundational theory of facilitation as a process of learning;
¿ Actively participate in acquiring the necessary skills, such as active listening, critical thinking and emotional intelligence, to facilitate conversations.
¿ Observe and gain practical insights and experience into a variety of tools to facilitate diverse conversations and activities.
