Study One PowerPoint presentation and Ten scholarly articles covering various topics in Industrial and Organisational Psychology like career development, workplace assessment and selection, performance management, organisational behaviour, employee wellness, workplace ethics, diversity and inclusion, change management, trauma counselling and the future of work in the context of digital transformation. Course materials will be available on SunOnline, along with questionnaires. Participants must score at least 70% on each questionnaire to earn 3 CEUs per article. Participants must score at least 70% for the presentation to earn 1 CEU. A maximum of 31 CEUs (25 Clinical and 6 Ethical) can be earned through this option.
