Course will consist of four parts
1) Spirituality: the pastor as a Christina and a disciple
2) Pastoral Ministry: the work of a pastor
3) Understanding Congregations
4) Leadership
The aim of the course is to give pastors (veterans and beginners) an overview of the basic theological knowledge they need for a responsible ministry. For some pastors who could only do a Bible School course it would be a kind of finishing course to prepare them for ministry. For others with ambitions to do a a theological degree it would be a preparatory course to see whether university study is for them or not.
