This module aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills and insights into AI policies and regulations, the use of AI in the public sector, ethical considerations applicable to the development and deployment of AI, as well as tools to use in ensuring effective AI governance in the public sector. It is directed towards the future, but necessary today.
