Objectives:

a) Concepts, key terms and methodology of Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) and Recovery Planning;
b) Scope of the CRNA, sectors covered, roles of the assessment team members and key deliverables and expectations from the assessment;
c) Role and relevance of sectoral groups in line with the five pillars of the UNSG Socio Economic Framework: Health, Education, Agriculture, Food security, Employment and Livelihoods, Protection and others;
d) Process of conducting the assessment which include: 1) Baseline data gathering, COVID-19 effects data gathering; 2) Data Analysis; 3) Drafting sector reports; 4) First round of review of sectors COVID 19 effects; 5) Drafting sector recovery needs and recovery strategy; 6) Finalizing sector reports for consolidation;
e) Identification of Capacity gaps, Coordination, Information Management and Logistics arrangements of the assessment;
f) Translation of CRNA results into Recovery Framework or a Strategy and its implementation
