Objectives:
This online short course offers an introduction to the communication knowledge and skills that professionals need to complete various tasks successfully. Prof Carel Jansen, author and co-author of more than 150 books and articles on professional communication, will present this short course. Participants will have access to the communication textbook, Communicate as a professional. Our hybrid courses combine online live sessions, which are facilitated by the course presenter, with self directed online learning.
