Leadership Summit for Aspiring Leaders

Objectives:

1)      To unpack, through observation and experiences of students, the key challenges relating to leadership within the Higher Education landscape, in order to identify the changes that are needed and required in shaping and defining the leadership landscape within Higher Education.
2)      To explore and analyse prevalent customs, behaviours and values relating to student leadership that help students to shape leadership within the Higher Education context, that is adaptable, foreward thinking and future focused.
3)     To empower students with the tools to engage the processes of change, reimagination and practice of leadership within their context, that is grounded in student needs, and promotes collective leadership.
