Executive Development Programme

Objectives:

The Executive Development Programme supports the need for executives to enhance specific skill sets thought to be necessary to appreciate the systemic nature of a shifting global landscape, whilst balancing the corporate scorecard.

The participant's ability to maximise learning opportunities through adaptive thinking, as well as promote conscious career management and work/life integration will be enhanced. Furthermore, the ability to manage and mitigate risks will be developed.
