- Download Stellenbosch University’s (SU) IP Policy: Policy on the Protection and Commercialisation of Intellectual Property
- For purposes of the IP Policy, SU will own any content created during the course and scope of your attending or completing an SU short course.
- Short course participants are allowed to use SU short course content for their own personal research or private study purposes only. Unauthorised reproduction and distribution of such content is strictly prohibited.
- SU staff developing or presenting short course content agree to comply with the institutional requirements in respect of obtaining the required permission for use of third-party content when developing, reproducing and distributing short course content.
