
Charndré joined Innovus in December 2020 as a Reception and Short Courses Assistant, following the relocation of the Copyright, Trademarks, and Short Courses Division to its new premises in early 2021. Before joining the Innovation and Commercialisation Division, she gained experience as an administrator, personal assistant, and data capturer. She has also held positions as an administrative officer at Stellenbosch University’s (SU) Faculty of Education and as a personal assistant to the South African Research Chairs Initiative in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Stellenbosch University.
In her current role as Short Courses Officer: Client Services & Certification, Charndré plays a key role in supporting short course administrators, assisting with the short course participant management system, and providing guidance on onboarding processes to ensure staff can effectively support their participants. She is responsible for managing certificate-related enquiries and processing and issuing printed and digital certificates, a key function of SU’s short course certification housed within the Innovation and Commercialisation Division.
